He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel Waldo Williams and Dorothy Faye Williams (Goben); his brothers, Jim Williams, Waldo "Bud" Williams (Laurel) and David Williams; and his brother-in-law Dean.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly of Mt. Ayr; his sons, Danny Williams (Jennifer) of Afton and Dwayne Williams (Mia) of Afton; his stepson Anthony Stevens of Creston; his sister Marky West of Afton; and his grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Gunner Williams, Aubree Williams and Kyndal Williams.
