He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Fifer and Reeta Fifer (Ackley); his siblings, George Fifer, Audra Wilson, Alice Richardson and Aline Grove; his son Billie Fifer; and his grandson Mark Comer.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa; his children, Kathy Johnston (Randy) and Roy Fifer (Tammy); his grandchildren, Billie Hood, Kristy Hood, Mariah Fifer (Adam), Kim Monroe (Jim), Ciera Wood (Bryce) and Chace Willets; and his brother Paul Fifer. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren.
