He is survived by: his children, Mary Jean Esteban of Kansas City, MO, Kenny (Amanda England) of New Orleans, LA, Pam (Wally Brokaw) of Diagonal and Christina (Jeremy Sobotka) of Diagonal; his grandchildren, Courtney, Tyler Esteban, Treyton, Hayden Still, Kendall and Rhett Sobotka; his siblings, Myrna (Steve Spurlock) of Maryville, MO and Larry (Joyce England) of Mount Ayr; and his sister-in-law Marian Jennings.

Memorials are to Mount Ayr Health Care Center.
