He is survived by: his children, Thomas Allen, Richard Dale, Merili Roxanne, Nileta Marie (Troy) of Lafayette, LA, Alice Melissa, Tom Belzer (Sherry) of Oskaloosa, IA, Rick Belzer of Kirksville, MO, Merrili Jones of Kirksville, MO, Nial Belzer (Barbie) of Mount Ayr, IA and Missy Qualls (Alan) of Baxter Springs, KS. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
