He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Higgins and Maxine Sutton Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lewis; his children, Danny Higgins (Deenie), Dawnye Sturtz (Lee), Brandon, Kevin Higgins (Dawn), Mardy Higgins and Waterloo; his grandchildren, Amy Kriz (Kyle), Mark Higgins (Alisa), Alan Sturtz, Clay Sturtz, Jacob Higgins and Alana Higgins; his great grandchildren, Kash and Addison Kriz; and his brothers, Dennis Higgins (Roxanne) of Vinton and Morris Higgins (Ida) of Vinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
