She is survived by: her husband Gary Purdy; her daughter Amy Purdy; her brother Jon Dales; her stepchildren, Kari Brown (Dwaine) and Robert Purdy (Angie); and her siblings-in-law, Diane Newman and Lee Purdy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
