He is survived by: his children, Rich Payne (Jackie), Ray Payne (Mindy) of Centerville and Linda Hanson of Moulton; his grandchildren, Nicole Nowlin, Jason Payne, Kristin Hornsberger, Jennifer Knowler and Maria Knigge; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Barnhill, Ethan Knigge, Gracie Knigge, Trayton Knowler, Jaylin Knowler, Caley Payne, Ryder Horsberger, Max Nowlin, Audrey Nowlin, Landon Payne and Blake Payne.
