It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Sue Burkland of Moulton, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilhite and Alice Wilhite (Unger); and her brother Ricky Wilhite. She is survived by: her former husband Howard Gorden Burkland; her children, Josh Hansen (Lindy) of Plant City, Ben Hansen (Tara) of New Sharon, Meggan Burkland (Darrick Smith) of Moulton and Mollee Vanderlinden of Moulton; her stepson Eric Burkland of Pella; her brothers, Jerry Wilhite (Debbie) of Dalby Queensland and Terry Wilhite (Sharon) of Russell, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Hunter Hansen, Kenedi Hansen, Kalyn Hansen, Taylor Hansen, Allen Hansen, Colten Hansen, Autumn Burkland, Rory Vanderlinden, Griffin Hansen, Quinn Hansen, Oaklyn Hansen, Dodge Duke, Daisalyn Duke and Uriah Hansen.
