He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Swift and Madeline Swift (Orth); his brother Mike; and his sister-in-law Pat Swift. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Hicks; his children, Scott Swift (Tammy), Shelly Hayes (Jerry) and Shane Swift; his grandchildren, Courtney, Abbie, Austin and Ashley; his great grandchild Baylor; and his siblings, Richard Swift (Carole), Cathy Phillips (Brad) and Joe Swift (Tina). He is also survived by niece.
