He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Stange Kaufmann. He is survived by: his father Fred Kaufmann of Moscow; his children, Alex Kaufmann of Muscatine, Hunter Kaufmann of Muscatine and Hailey Kaufmann of Muscatine; and his siblings, Jennifer Ann Kaufmann of Naperville, Larry Crees of Muscatine and Paul Murray of Wilton.
