He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin, Evelyn Johnson and Inez Paetz. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Ballenger and Marilyn Ballenger (Johnson); his siblings, Robin Schlueter of Moscow and Jay Ballenger (Karen) of Tipton, IA; his nieces, Dr. Brooke Fields (Mitch) and Kim Yerington (Nick); and his nephew Dr. Greg Ballenger.
