Elwood Proctor Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood Proctor of Moscow, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Proctor and Elda Proctor (Camp); and his siblings, Marilyn Long, Kathleen Kirk, James Proctor, Robert Proctor and Harold Proctor.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel E. Newton; his son Phillip Newton (Sandy) of Carter Lake, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nathan Newton and Kim Hanna (Kory); his great grandchild Kason Hanna; and his siblings, Lorrine Kenney of Burt, Carolyn Waack of Illinois City, Donna Buck of Moscow and Shirley Reimers of Dewitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
