She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond, Patricia Brisker, Alton and Betty Tolle. She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Brisker and Zetta Clarine Brisker (Tolle) of Muscatine, Iowa; her husband Jim; her children, Michael D. Proctor of Moscow and Dara Proctor of Moscow; and her brother Shane Brisker (Michelle) of Davenport. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
