It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alberta M. Vegter of Morrison, Iowa, born in Erie, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claus Norman and Winnie Norman (Londo); her husband John Vegter; her daughters, Sue Damhoff and Peggy Foster; and her stepson Gary Vegter.
She is survived by: her son Allan VanDyke of Richland, Washington; her children-in-law, Dave Damhoff and Becki of Morrison; her stepson Gail Vegter of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Derik (Nina) and Dustin Damhoff (Jackie) of Morrison. She is also survived by grandchildren that are no long in the area; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Morrison United Methodist Church.
