She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Giese and Rosa Giese (Scheel); and her brother Walter. She is survived by: her children, Andy Truitt (Shirley) of Muscatine, Diana Taylor (Craig) of Media, Joey Truitt (Nikki) of St. Petersburg and Randy Truitt (Jenn) of Wapello. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
