It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia McDanel Hollinger of Moravia, Iowa, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Hiatt and Golda Hiatt (Cline); her grandparents, James and Arista Cline (Criddlebaugh); her former spouse Clair McDanel; her children, Barbara McHenry, Michael McDanel (Cathy), Royce McDanel, Tim McDanel, Pamela Warner (Bill) and Sheila Blanton (Brad); her sister Sandra Hollis (Edwin); her husband Eldon Hollinger Sr.; her grandson Timothy McDanel Jr.; and her brother Robert Edward Hiatt. She was also cherished by seven step children; nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
