She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Andrews and Clara Andrews (McCabe); her husband Richard Tubaugh; and her brothers, Homer Andrews (Thelma), Harvey Andrews (Ruby) and Arthur Andrews (Vivian).
She is survived by: her children, Janiece Self (Bob) of Moravia and Dr. Jaren Tubaugh (Jamie) of Centerville; her grandchildren, Tava Hoffman (Eric), Kelli Morrow (Brad), Emily DeJong (Andy), Dr. Brennen Tubaugh (Lisa) and Molly Felton (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Keith, Gracie, Gus Hoffman, Josey, Jason Morrow, Declan, Leah, Avery DeJong, Bowen, Isla, Anna, Emma, Charlie Tubaugh, Jaren, Teelie Tubaugh, Bentley, Brantley and Blake Felton.
