He was predeceased by: his nephew Tom; and his brothers-in-law, Wilbur Strunk and Don McLeod. He is survived by: his wife Lois Strunk; his sons, Greg (Beth) of Carlisle and Jon (Amber) of Moravia; his brothers, Mark of Lenexa, Kansas and Charles (Becky) of Lenexa, Kansas; his grandchildren, Xaviera Scott of Moravia, Tripp Van Zante of Moravia, Carly Van Zante of Carlisle and Josie Van Zante of Carlisle; his great grandchild Baylor Scott of Moravia; and his siblings-in-law, Betty McLeod, Erma Edge and Donald Strunk (Joan).
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to either the Grace United Methodist Church or to Moravia Fire and Rescue and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, IA, 52544.
