He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hawk and Tressa Hawk; and his sisters, Lois Tadlock and Carolyn Illingworth. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hawk of Moravia; his children, Jeff Hawk (Bernie) of Mundelein, Brian Hawk (Helen Wilson) of Cumming and Noelle Jaddaoui (Jamal) of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Brad Hawk (Stephanie Sipola), Samantha Osoria (Jecoa), Elizabeth Hawk, Tyler Hawk, Megan Hawk, Brandon Hawk and Jawad Jaddaoui; and his great grandchildren, Asher Osoria and Mason Hawk.
