He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawerance James Seay and Velma Mae Seay (Parker); and his siblings, Mack Seay, Jim Seay, Don Seay, Phil Seay, Ron Seay and Ann Baker.
He is survived by: his brother Ray Seay (Belinda).
