He is survived by: his wife Jane Mullins; his children, Kim Poling (Rick), Tracy Thomas (Sandy) and Twyla Hulme (Harold); and his brothers, Danny Couchman (Rosemary) and Richard Couchman (Betty). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
