He was predeceased by: his parents, John Uhlenhake and Kathryn Uhlenhake (Schlichte); his former wife Teddy Uhlenhake; his son Lee Uhlenhake; and his siblings, Dale Uhlenhake, Clotiel Bradshaw and Rosemary Hemesath.
He is survived by: his former spouse Teddy Scheurich; his children, Paula, Jess (Tammy), Clay (Christi), Reed (Melanie) and John (Leslie); his wife Kathy Frumkin of Moravia; his children, Jake Uhlenhake, Joanne Deville (Judd) and Jeff Toney (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Neil, Logan, Sterling, Chase, Adam, Ty, Sawyer Uhlenhake, Ian Bosley, John, Alex, Sam Toney, Jay and Brooks Deville; his great grandchild Teddy Uhlenhake; and his sister Jackie Klisart.
