She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marvin and Annabelle Marvin (West); and her sisters, Peggy Owens, Mary Hawkins and Norma Mortensen.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Whicker of Moravia; her children, Terry Whicker (Becky) of New Sharon, Ruby Starr (Bobby) of Centerville and Penny Laux (Danny) of Bloomfield; her siblings, Diane Bogle (Tom) of Centerville, Roger Marvin (Becky) of Unionville, Eloise Mathes of Exline and Jenny Ruth (Vaughn) of Downing, Missouri; her grandchildren, Shawnda Starr (Kip), Philip Starr (Crystal), Robert Douglas "Jake" Starr (Malissa), Katie Laux (Dillon) and Kacie Laux; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Starr, Hayleigh Starr, Hunter Starr, Korey Shondel and Kaden Shondel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
