It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavera Pettibone (Moravia, Iowa), who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lavera Pettibone to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Albertson and Lydia Albertson (Brassfield); her husbands, George Robinson and Don Pettibone; and her son Roger Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, George of Moravia, Iowa, Sue Vitkauskas of Moravia, Iowa and Richard "Dick" Robinson of Moravia, Iowa; and her brother Dick Albertson of Moravia, Iowa. She is also survived by four grandchildren; as well as six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Unionville, Iowa American Legion, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 S. 18th St., Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
