She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hawk; her parents, Max Martin and Laura Jean Martin; and her siblings, Joyce Dicks, Larry and Terry Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hawk (Bernie) of Mundelein, Brian Hawk of Woodstock, Georgia and Noelle Jaddaoui (Jamal); her grandchildren, Brad Hawk (Stephanie Sipola), Samantha Osoria (Jecoa), Elizabeth Hawk, Tyler Hawk, Megan Hawk (Brian Morin), Brandon Hawk and Jawad Jaddaoui; and her great grandchildren, Asher Osoria, Mason Hawk and Rowan Hawk.
A memorial has been established to the Moravia First Responders, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa, 52544.
