It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Moore of Moravia, Iowa, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Henderson and Elsie Mae Henderson (Ruttan); her parents-in-law, Elbert and Vera Moore (Callen); and her siblings-in-law, Charlie Turner, DeWayne Moore, Pearl Hiner, Joanne Turner, Patty Henderson, Mary Alice Henderson, Mildred Hiner and Mabel Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Moore; her children, Doug Moore of Oskaloosa, Suzanne Strano (Joesph) of Davenport, Julia Parrish (Christopher) of Williamsburg and James Moore (Neena) of Denver, Colorado; her grandchildren, Shane Moore, Lauren Parrish, Molly Parrish, Nellie Yoder (Charles), Jayesh Moore, Jaden Moore and Jaena Moore; her great grandchild Lincoln; and her brothers, Ted Henderson and Ronald Henderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sinnott Funeral Home (2030 IA-5, Albia, IA 52531). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
