He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wray and Mildred Wray (Stevens); his former wife Gail Mae; his sister Donna Marie; his sons-in-law, Larry "Tiny" Cormeny and Jim Rollman; his parents-in-law, Burdette and Maxine Tharp; and his siblings-in-law, Gale Natzke, Mable Ellison, Betty Cubbage and Grace Jackson.
He is survived by: his former spouse Cynthnia Owens (Black); his wife Cindy of Moravia; his children, Charlotte Wray of Centerville, Carla Cormeny of Moravia, Cheryl Wray (Pritesh) of Springfield, MO, Carol Rollman (Drew Streets) of Melrose, Chris Wray of Branson, MO and Chad Wray (Roni) of Belton, MO; his sister Maebeth Natzke; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Davis, Ethel Houser, Margaret Stottlemyre, Sharon Burns (Jim) and Paul Tharp (Helen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
Due to the most recent proclamation and enhanced public health measures for the state of Iowa, masks will be mandatory for all those in attendance over the age of 2.
A memorial has been established to the National Kidney Foundation.
