He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Cicco; his wife Phyllis Clayworth of Moravia; his daughter Norma Woodward (Rod) of Moravia; his daughter-in-law Sheila Clemens (Doug) of Moravia; his grandchildren, Chad Miller (Cheryl) of Moravia, Clint Woodward (Jessica) of Moravia, Lydia Lewis (Dusty) of Moravia, Cody Clayworth (Cindy) of Moravia and Casey Morlan (Jon) of Moravia; his great grandchildren, Matt Miller, Erika Miller, Jazmine Lewis, Ava Martin, Casen Woodward, Parker Woodward, Gracelyn Woodward, Trenton Clayworth, Blane Clayworth, Bentley Clayworth, Macon Morlan and Mesa Morlan; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Clayworth of Centerville and Stella Baptist of Silvis, Illinois.
