She is survived by: her father Donald James Fairley; her former husband Joseph Casey Squire Ketcham; her husband Cary Kosman of Moravia; her children, Michael Waybill (Heather) of Centerville, Avery Waybill of Albia and DeEtta Waybill (Brittany) of Albia; her stepdaughter Jessica Miller (Shane) of Grain Valley, Missouri; her grandchildren, Bayleigh Caraccio, Logan Caraccio, Henley Hiatt and Blake Waybill; her siblings, Dara May (James), Donna Jo Elsner (Bill), Denise Fisher, Debbie Fairley, Darlene Ketcham, Dawn Ketcham, Daniel Ketcham (Jeanette) and David Ketcham (Magen); her parents-in-law, Joe Kosman (Jill), Miranda Kosman and Amy Kosman; her brother-in-law Roger Stewart; and her father-in-law Pat Kosman (Lynda).
