She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Mahin and Vera Mahin; her sister Marthann; and her brothers-in-law, Lee DeMoss of Ottumwa and John Wilson of Sycamore, Ill..

She is survived by: her husband James Wilson; and her children, Greg Wilson (Kathy) of Moravia, Sheri Vining (Jeff) of Des Moines, Milton Wilson of Moravia, Ruthann Burkman of Albia and Charlene. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great- great grandchild; several step grandchildren; and step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials have been established to either the Albia Carnegie Library, EveryStep Hospice of Centerville, or the Grace United Methodist Church, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, C/O Wilson family, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
