It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Whicker of Moravia, Iowa, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Atkinson and Naoma Atkinson (Jennings); her husband Ronald "Max" Whicker; her daughter Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Bitner; her siblings, Bonnie Beach, Harry, Elmer, Lonnie and Bob Atkinson; and her close friends, Kay Mullins, Mary Lou McBride and Linda Moffat.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Miss Betty and Betty Lou; her sons, Ronald Wayne Whicker (PD) and John David Whicker (Dawn); her grandchildren, Peggy White, Nichole Cory (Jason), Lisa Spencer, Jerrod Naughtin, Jessica Naughtin, Chase Whicker, Keaton Gay, Anthony Whicker (A. J.), Joseph Schmitz and Angela Benge; and her siblings, Velma Evans and W. F.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
