He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Holverson and Edna Holverson; his brother Clayton "Butch" Holverson (Clayton); and his sister-in-law Kathryn Holverson. He is survived by: his great-nieces, Haley and Taylor; his niece Heidi Eivins (Matt); his stepchildren, Anthony, Austin and Ariel of Dubuque, Iowa; his nephew Reid Holverson (Leah); and his children, Haley and Taylor of Sioux Center, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
