Jensen and Ann Carlyle Jensen (Carlyle); her husband Alan Johnson of Moorhead, Iowa.; her sons, Nick Johnson, Mike Johnson and Aaron Johnson (Cassie); her grandchildren, Lauryn and Jagger; her sisters, Linda Reid (Jim) and Andrea Lee (Joe); her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Eby (Steve) and Gale Johnson (Kris); her aunt Janice Carlyle; and her parents-in-law, Howard and Bernice Johnson (Frost). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
