She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harry and E. Jaunetta Howard (Welch); her husband Raymond LeRoy "Red" Manning Sr.; her children, Raymond L. Manning Jr. and Priscilla R. Evans; and her sisters, Kathryn McConachie and Edith McMaken.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalie Ann McKoon (Paul) of Nauvoo, IL and Robert B. Manning (Debra) of Stronghurst, IL; her grandchildren, Theresa A. Mapes, Jacqueline Massey, Britt Manning (Angie), Kirk Manning, Ryan "Franz" Manning, Katie Mathews (Tom), Cale McKoon, Rachel Manning and Justin Manning; her great grandchildren, Devan Mapes, Dillon Mapes, Sophia Mathews, Evie Mathews, Emma Manning, Kenleigh Dameron and Bubby; her nephew Michael Mauer (JoAnne); and her great-niece Michelle Kauffman (Brad).
Masks and social distancing will be required.
Memorials have been established for Alzheimer's Association and Montrose Health Center.
