He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Page and Cleo Cody Page; and his daughter Darla Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jean LaFeber; his children, Lyle P. Page, Jr. (Sharon) of Montrose, Mark Page (Tara) of Montrose, Bruce Page (Linda) of Montrose and Jennifer Deener (Doug) of Macomb, IL; and his brother-in-law G. C. Lewis of Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
