He is survived by: his parents, John Hasek and Constance Hasek (Simons) of Nauvoo, Illinois; his wife Ashley Hasek of Montrose; his parents-in-law, Stan and Bev Slee of Wever, Iowa; his siblings, Eric Hasek (Sonia) of Lafayette, Indiana, Craig Hasek (Danette) of Cumming, Georgia, Ann Maeser (Mark) of Lindon, Utah, Carolyn Filetti (Mike) of Blountville, Tennessee, Barant Hasek (Kim) of Donnellson, Iowa, Laura Skog (Jason) of Nauvoo, Illinois, Mary Hasek (Jon Whibley), Sarah Marez of Ankeny, Iowa and Mark Hasek (Beth) of St. George, Utah; and his brother-in-law Wade Slee (Bonnie) of Fort Madison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
