He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Dixon; his son Scott Haynes (Christy); his stepchildren, Lisa Ahlf, Karen Siefken (Tracy) and Curtis Countryman (Kathy); his grandchildren, Danica Haynes, Bailey Thie, Ashley Ahlf, Abby Ahlf, Jacob Countryman (Kari), Kelsi Boltz (Kevin) and Holy Siefken; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Callie, Bryce and Landyn; and his siblings, Ronnie Haynes (Joyce), Rita Anderson and Danny Haynes (Lisa).
