She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayes and Minnie Victoria Roy Spitznogle; her son Hayes Hankins; her siblings, Stan Spitznogle (Marie), Earl John Spitznogle, Betty Shoultz (Kenneth) and Waymath Creelman (Marvin); and her son-in-law Duane Clevenger.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Joe Hankins; and her children, Greg Hankins (Jan), Joe Hankins (Marie), Kathy Clevenger, Cheryl Reed (Jeff) and Eavon Lingle (Dan). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a number of beloved nieces and nephews.
