She is survived by: her parents, Jason Culbertson and Missy Culbertson of Montour; her siblings, Whitney Culbertson, Carter, Kiley and Kelsey Culbertson; her grandparents, Tom, Debbie Williams of Montour, John Culbertson of Toledo, Rene and Chuck Thompson of Tama; her great-grandparent Sally Mason of Toledo; her uncle Matthew Williams; and her cousin Andrew Thomazin. She is also survived by several other cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
