She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arthur and Nellie Tvedt (Thiel); her husband Leonard Scheid; and her siblings, Virginia Fredericks (Dick), Kathy Casey and Douglas Tvedt.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Scheid (Nancy) of Garwin, Pamela Calvert of Pella, Kent Scheid (Rachel) of Montour and Penni Reed (Mark) of Johnston; her sister Carol Rinella of Florida; and her sister-in-law Gail Tvedt of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Faith United Methodist Church-Montour Center (207 S Main St, Montour, IA 50173). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Iowa River Hospice in Marshalltown or Living Faith United Methodist Church.
