He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Montour; his children, Arlo Richards (Rhonda) of Waterloo, Allan Richards of Tama, Bruce Richards of Tama, Shelly Richards (Dallas Wacha) of Sugarland, TX, Brian Richards (Jill) of Alpharetta, GA, Kim Taylor (Toby) of Tama, Tammy McGrane (Steve) of Altoona, Bob Toney (Jodie) of Snoqualmie, WA and Paula Straight (Jim) of Indianola; and his sister Janice Goettsch of Marshalltown. He is also survived by grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
