He was predeceased by: his sister Judy. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcella of Cedar Rapids, Jennifer of Cedar Rapids and Brenda Streeper of Cedar Rapids; his siblings, Bonnie, Sharon, Linda, Susan, Lois, Steve, Jerry and Dick; and his parents, Elmer Brokaw and Esther Brokaw.
