She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Achenbach; her children, Rick Achenbach and Brenda Tritle; her in-laws, Charles and Rose Skriver; and her parents, Harold Duffield and Wilma Duffield (Creighton).
She is survived by: her son L. James (Sandi) of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Jason Achenbach (Lori) of Cedar Rapids, Ryan Achenbach (Tina) of Monticello, Amy Kadolph (Kasey) of Robins, Devin Larrimore (Nick) of Cedar Rapids and Lucas Cheatwood (Courtney) of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
