He was predeceased by : his sisters, Diane and Kathleen; and his close friend Tim Appleby. He is survived by : his siblings, Tim, John (Pam), Bill (Lori), Phillip (Lori), Patricia Hooten (David) and Mary Lou Wilcox (Scott); his daughter Jessica and his best friend Sheila Nolan.
