With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marietta Joan Hormann of Monticello, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kray and Emma Kray (Weers); her husband Gerald Hormann; her grandson Joseph Folken; and her siblings, Henrietta, Edward, Wilma, Donald, Dorothy, Leonard, Leona, Kenneth and Willis (Bill).
She is survived by: her son Leon Gartland; her grandchildren, Travis Rockwell and Ashley Gartland; and her great grandchild Brookleyn Beeson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
