He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Howard and Guadalupe Howard (Arias); and his siblings, Melida Horan, Rita Howard and Anthony "Sonny" Howard Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Morelock; his daughters, Lorrene Collins (Terry) of Waterloo and Selina Howard-Grant (Gary Jr.) of Center Junction; his grandchildren, Chelsea Cutshall of Hockley, TX and Cody Collins (Janann) of Odessa, FL; his great grandchildren, Katie, Payton Cutshall, Brilynn, Colton, Clairalynn, Cason and Cavrick Collins; and his sisters, Fay Hall of Oviedo, FL and Lois Murray of Quasqueton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
