He was predeceased by: his parent Onno. He is survived by: his children, Emily Guy and Aaron Guy (Shawna); his grandsons, Griffin and Grayer; and his siblings, Terry Guy (Kristi) and Jennifer Gilbreaith (Billy).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Goettsch Funeral Home (514 W 1st St, Monticello, IA 52310). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
