He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Noonan and Mae Rose Noonan. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee Crosby; his children, Adam Hamblin of Cedar Rapids, Daniel Noonan of Ankeny, Jennifer Simoens of Cedar Rapids and Katie Machacek (Andrew) of Winthrop; and his siblings, Rose Noonan of Central City, Patricia Lundstrom (Richard) of Perry, IA, Betty Kohout (Paul) of Lisbon, Tom Noonan of Urbandale and Ray Noonan (Angela) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He still kept busy after retirement and volunteered at Camp Courageous and Freedom Foundation in Cedar Rapids.
