She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Harold and Helen Ann Maker of Manchester, Iowa.; her grandparents, Arthur, Helen Koch (Loeffelholtz) and Emma Maker (Block); and her siblings, Steve Maker, Chris Maker and Blenda.
She is survived by: her husband Francis K. Porter; and her daughters, Amy T. Maker, Leah Minnihan (David S.), Nicole Fragale (Cory) and Lee Porter.
