He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Chapman and Loretta Chapman (Boots); his son Dennis Chapman; and his great grandchild Jaxson Hudspeth. He is survived by: his wife Theola Chapman; his children, Deb Rolligner (Chris) and John Chapman; his grandchildren, Cody (Michelle), Danelle (Matt), Alicia (Jared), Milly (Ty), Abbey (Justin), Alex (T. J.), Zach, Nathan (Jaycie), Mariah and Santana; and his daughter-in-law Sue Chapman. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
